WATCH: Salcombe badly hit by heavy rain
Heavy rain has caused flash flooding in Salcombe, South Devon this morning.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for today (September 8) and tomorrow (September 9). The warning, which came into force at 11am this morning, covers the whole of Devon.
The video, captured by @louyacht on Twitter, showed flooding in the main shopping street, which has also caused power cuts.
