Four men have been charged with conspiracy to burgle, and were due to appear before Exeter magistrates this morning.
The charges relate to numerous offences, mainly at business premises, in locations all over Devon.
The men, two from Somerset and two from Plymouth, were arrested and questioned earlier this year, and released on bail pending further enquiries.
They were charged yesterday by police in Exeter.
