A fourth teenager has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was discovered in Plymouth's Millbay Marina.
Drew Perham, 24, was reported missing on Saturday - his body was discovered on Sunday.
A 19-year-old man from the city was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
Two other men of the same age, one from Plymouth and another from Exmouth, have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Layton Randle, 19, of Oakfield Terrace Road in Plymouth will appear before the city's crown court on Thursday.
