Dylan Taylor tried to steal a cash machine
A Devon man is finally beginning a prison sentence, for ram-raiding Trago Mills almost two years ago.
Dylan Taylor went on the run to South East Asia after the incident in December 2017, in which he tried to steal a cash machine.
He was convicted of the attack in 2018 at Exeter Crown Court, but absconded.
The 43-year-old, from Torquay, has now been brought back from Thailand, to start a seven-and a-half year sentence, with four months added on for failing to answer his bail.
An officer tweeted that this was the 'best arrest of the year'.
