A fund-raising drive's been launched to secure part of Exmouth's Rolle College for community and business use.
The organisation behind the scheme wants to refurbish and reopen the building, with a cafe, workshop, performance area and media/IT facilities.
But Rolle Exmouth Limited needs to raise a million pounds over the next two years to achieve its vision.
Local people are being urged to donate money towards the plan or they can buy community shares, to be issued next month.
