Exeter's Citizens Advice Bureau is to receive nearly 300 thousand pounds to help support and expand its work.
East Devon and Teignbridge CABs are also receving funding of around 240 thousand each under a national scheme giving extra money to vital front-line advice services.
The money is being awarded by the Big Lottery Fund and the Cabinet Office, to help provide locally-based help with welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment.
