A new forty million pound retail park on the edge of Exeter has been given the go-ahead at the fourth time of asking.
Last night, city councillors agreed with officers and approved the plans for the retail and leisure hub for land on Honiton Road. Tenants could include Boots, M & S and Next, as well as Costa Coffee.
Up to 450 jobs for local people could be created and a spokesman for the developers says It's obviously great news.
Work could get underway towards the end of the year.
