Community groups in Exeter are missing out on grants
They could leave them hundreds of pounds better off.
The city council has a budget of 36,000 pounds this financial year - 2,000 pounds for each of Exeter's 18 wards.
Local groups can apply for these ward grants of up to 300 pounds each through their city councillor, but there have been very few applications since they became available in April.
