Transport campaigners in Exeter are calling for a rethink of the proposals for the south west of the city.
They've branded the planned park and ride scheme for Alphington as an expensive white elephant, and say there's insufficient provision for walking and cycling.
Campaign for South West Exeter Smarter Travel say the two and a half thousand new homes being built in that area need better pedestrian and cycle links - and so does the Marsh Barton industrial estate.
