Hundreds of homes in Exeter are likely to lose their gas supplies today as engineers work to repair a ruptured pipe.

A lane of the A 379 road near Sandy Park has been closed to allow the work to go ahead...but more than a thousand homes in the local area are likely to lose their gas supplies as they carry out the work.
