One of the country's best known comedy writers and broadcasters has received an honorary degree from Exeter University today.
Armando Iannucci is best known for the BAFTA award winning BBC series 'The thick of it'.
Also being honoured this Summer is former student Steve Backshall the wildlife expert who presents the children's programme 'Deadly 60'.
He has a degree in English and Drama from the University.
