An east Devon hotel has been trending on Twitter after it was featured on television and viewers noted the owner's similarity to the Peter Kay character Brian Potter from Phoenix Nights.
The Bulstone Hotel in Branscombe was featured on The Hotel Inspector.
Viewers took to social media to compare its owner Kevin Monaghan with the Phoenix Nights comedy character.
Mr Monaghan says he's never watched Phoenix Nights or heard of Peter Kay has now invited him to stay at his hotel - to make the most of the publicity.
