A house in Exeter has been damaged by a fire which broke out yesterday evening.
Two fire crews were called out to Merlin Crescent in Beacon Heath and found a first-floor bedroom well alight.
No-one was hurt - but the room was badly damaged by the fire and the whole first floor affected by the smoke.
