Plans have been unveiled for hundreds of new homes on the outskirts of Tiverton.
The Chettiscombe Trust Estate also wants to build a school, shops and and a neighbourhood centre, on the site between the North Devon Link Road and Blundells Road.
The proposals include up to seven hundred homes and twenty two thousand square metres of employment land.
The development would also incorporate a GPs' surgery and a community hall, as well as a sixty bed care home.
