The messages have appeared at Orcombe Point, Exmouth, but no one knows who put them there.
Around 50 wooden shards - shaped like feathers have been hung from a fence at Orcombe Point in Exmouth.
They feature inspirational and uplifting messages. No one knows who put them there.
Messages like "It may be stormy now, but it never rains forever" and "Hold on to your future, even it seems far away right now" feature on the display, along with phone numbers for mental health charities.
Walkers are stopping to read the messages and take photos which are being shared on social media.
