The offenders ‘smashed the front door with a spade’
Police are investigating a burglary at the Spar shop in Kings Ash Road, Paignton, this morning [10 June].
Two offenders smashed the front door with a spade to get inside the shop sometime between 4.20am and 4.40am.
Once inside they broke into the cigarette counter and took a quantity of cigarettes, alcohol and Lottery tickets.
Police are investigating and seeking two suspects - a man and a woman. The man is aged 20-35 with short dark hair, wearing a tracksuit top and bottoms and trainers. The woman is described as aged 20-30 and wearing a Saltrock hoody and black baggy trousers.
