A South Devon man says he's extremely lucky to be alive after his neighbour performed CPR on him
Ian Clarke was working in his friends garden when he collapsed because of a cardiac arrest.
Jane Taylor and her husband Chris Leitch both had worked for the police and had some training in the emergency measure.
Now they're arranging for CPR training in the community near their home in Kingsteignton.
They worked on Mr Clarke until paramedics arrived.
