Part of Exeter City football ground has collapsed on to the road next to the site, blocking part of the pavement of St James Road.
Fire crews and a search and rescue dog were called to the scene earlier because of concerns that someone could be trapped under the debris, but they were able to confirm that this was not the case.
Exeter City's Football in the Community Trust, which now administers the car park at the former Fountain Centre for long-term car-parking, next door to St James Park, would like to offer a temporary parking space to anyone in St James Road who has been affected by the wall collapse.
Please contact Jamie Vittles, Head of Community, on 07711 331452 for more information.
