A leading Exeter City councillor has died.
Sixty year old Paul Bull had been battling against Cancer. He was the labour councillor for St Thomas and the council's lead on Communities and Culture.
His wife Rachel Sutton, who's also a city councillor, was by his side.
Labour Leader Pete Edwards says he was an extraordinary person – his kindness was unlimited....Exeter is a better place for everything he did.
