A legal high shop in Exeter has today been shut down by police.
New legislation has just come into force and it's thought this is the first time it's been used anywhere in the country.
There have been a number of complaints about anti social behaviour from customers, using The wicked Head High Shop on South Street.
Following the serving of the notice, a hearing will be held at Exeter Magistrates’ Court tomorrow afternoon, when an application will be made for a full closure order.
