There'll be an unusual sight on roads along the Exe Estuary today - six Exmouth lifeboat crew members in full RNLI kit, riding bicycles.
They're doing a cycle ride for charity from Dawlish back to base, calling at the sailing clubs in Starcross, Topsham, Lympstone and Exmouth.
They'll be riding in their wellies, bright yellow waterproof leggings and jackets and helmets... but no lifejackets as they say they've got no plans to go into the water.
