It seems living in Devon could be good for our well-being.
A study by Exeter University has found that people in greener areas generally have better mental health and feel more satisfied with life.
The study also revealed that people in coastal towns have a more positive outlook on life - good news for those in Exmouth and Dawlish.
The report looked at the incidence of mental distress as well as levels of general contentment.
