Campaigners from the Exeter area are joining a march in London today - calling for an end to the 'low wages culture'.
The Britain Needs a Pay Rise demonstration's been organised by the TUC.
They're calling for a properly enforced minimum wage, higher salaries from employers who can afford them, and a crackdown on excessive executive pay.
Regional secretary Nigel Costley says it has to be done on a national level and apply to everyone.
