The project has over recent weekends seen artists donating their time for free.
It was organised by Devon County Council and Miss C's Graffiti Academy.
Cleo Heard, who runs Miss C's, was also responsible for designing the Radio Exe rhino as part of Paignton Zoo's Great Big Rhino's Project.
