Woman remains critical
Officers have renewed their appeal for witnesses after a serious crash on the motorway on Monday morning (14th January)
The M5 was closed between junctions 28 (Cullompton and J29 (Exeter/Honiton) for six hours following the crash involving a car and a lorry at around 5.50am.
A woman in her 20s was airlifted to hospital in Plymouth where she remains in a critical condition.
The road was closed for 6 hours for an investigation.
Anyone with information and anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 82 14/1/19.
