Inmate found dead in cell

A prisoner has been charged with the murder of an inmate at Exeter Prison.

James Desborough, who's 39 and of Lower Sticker in Cornwall, is accused of killing 65-year-old Stephen Kemper.

Mr Kemper was found dead in his cell on Monday morning, September 15th. His next of kin have been informed.

Desperate is scheduled to appear before Exeter Magistrates today (Thursday 18 September). 

Police are reminding people not to speculate about the case online or on social media.
