He was carrying drugs and a knife
A man's been arrested in Kinsbridge after he was seen going through people's gardens and climbing on rooftops early yesterday morning (Sunday 17th February)
Police received a number of 999 calls at around 0630am from people in and around Church Close.
He was later seen on the forecourt of Co-op on Ilbert Road acting suspiciously. He was later arrested in Bridge Street for possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply, possession of a bladed article, and criminal damage. He was taken to Torquay Police Station where he remains in custody.
