A 51-year-old man has been arrested in Tiverton as part of a rural crime initiative.
Following a tip-off, officers working on Operation Newmarket carried out a warrant on a business park near Burlescombe at around nine o' clock on Thursday morning.
Items were recovered, and the man was later released on bail.
With more thefts targeting rural businesses, police have urged people to sign up to the Community Messaging Service.
