He awaits questioning
A man has been arrested frollowing a serious sexual assault in Exeter.
The man in his 40's has been on suspicion of rape and remains in police custody awaiting questioning.
The incident took place on at around 2am Saturday 18 June in the Catacombs area of the city.
Enquiries are ongoing and detectives are appealing for information from the public.
