Devon & Cornwall Police need witness to call
Police are seeking to identify a possible witness following reports of an assault in Cowick Street, Exeter on Sunday evening.
The incident, at around 6.40pm, took place outside the Tesco store. A man had been pulled to the floor causing injury to his arms and wrists, and a bladed weapon was reported to have been seen at the scene.
A 23-year-old man from Exeter was arrested on suspicion of offences including assault and possessing an offensive weapon. He's now on bail until 23 September.
