A man's been charged after crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of around 15 thousand pounds was seized in Exeter.
53 year old Michael Andrew Cole from London was arrested near South View Terrace yesterday afternoon.
He's due before Exeter magistrates today accused of possession with intent to supply.
