A man's been charged in connection with a fatal road accident in Tiverton.
A sixty-one year old pedestrian, Nigel Gutteridge, died in the accident in April.
He was in the Moorhayes area with his lorry parked nearby, when he was in collision with a van.
The fifty-one year old van driver, Philip White from Tiverton, will appear in court next month charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention.
