Woman found in Exeter with stab wounds on Sunday.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with an alleged assault on a woman at a property in Exeter.
Police were called to an address in Pennsylvania Road at around 8.40pm on Sunday (1st December).
Officers found a woman, aged in her 20s, at the scene with stab wounds. She was taken to hospital with injuries which are described as serious but not life-threatening.
Conrad Karol Kurp, of Pennsylvania Road, Exeter, has been charged with attempted murder and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Kurp appeared at Exeter Magistrates' Court today (Tuesday 3rd December).
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Exeter Crown Court on 12 December.
