Remanded in custody for a month
A man's been remanded in custody after appearing in court today - after a woman in her 20s was attacked in the Terrace area of Torquay in the early hours of last Sunday morning.
She's now being supported by specialist officers.
Today 49 year-old Kevin Foale of Lister Way, Totnes appeared in front of magistrates charged with attempted rape.
He'll appear next at Exeter Crown Court on 28 February.
