Assault in Catacombs area
Police have charged a man in connection with a serious sexual assault in Exeter.
The incident was reported in the early hours of Saturday 18 June in the Catacombs area of the city.
46-year-old Cosmin-Nicloae Vasioiu, of no fixed address, has been charged with rape.
He's appearing in front of Exeter Magistrates Court today (Friday 1 July 2022)
