A man's been charged with abducting, grooming and having sexual activity with a young girl, who went missing from Cornwall and was found near Exeter. .
The 14 year old was reported missing on Sunday and was found in Clyst Honiton two days later.
38 year old David Telles from California in the USA was due to appear before Exeter magistrates today.
