A man is appearing in court on Saturday charged with a murder in Plymouth.
Emergency services were called at around 8.55 p.m. on Tuesday 21 March to reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian in Leigham Manor Drive in the city.
David Kelly (pictured), aged 42 and from Plymouth, died at the scene.
Luke Dann, 36, of Beechwood Rise, Plymouth is accused of murdering him.
