Anthony Moore died 9 days after being hit unconscious
A man's been found guilty of manslaughter after hitting another man unconscious in Exeter in the summer.
41 year old Anthony Moore was punched outside Sport Direct on the High Street on Saturday 30th June.
He and 32-year-old Guy Pottle knew each other and had been socialising all day - but had an argument over a bottle of alcohol.
Moore was taken to hospital but died of a serious head injury 9 days later.
Pottle denied manslaughter at Exeter Crown Court claiming he acted in self defence.
But after viewing CCTV and hearing from a number of witnesses, a jury today found him guilty.
He'll be sentenced in the New Year.
