Two women suffered minor injuries
A man has died in hospital following a collision in East Devon.
Emergency services were called to Nine Oaks Cross on Sidmouth Road at around 11.10am on Monday 4 August following a two-vehicle collision.
A grey Range Rover and a blue Volkswagen Golf were involved.
Two women and a man, all in their 80s, were taken to hospital for treatment.
The male passenger of the Range Rover has since died as a result of his injuries.
Officers are asking anyone with information about the crash or dash cam footage to call 101 quoting log 268 of 4 August
