A man has been released under investigation
Police are looking for witnesses after a man allegedly exposing himself to a woman in Torquay
The incident is said to have taken place between 3 pm and 4 pm on Monday 29 March, on Torre Abbey Sands Beach.
It was reported that the man exposed himself before being verbally abusive to the woman. A passerby intervened and was assaulted on two occasions.
A man, aged 37, from Torquay, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of threatening behaviour, assault and exposure and has been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.
