A man's been arrested after an attempted post office robbery in Kentisbeare near Cullompton this morning.
No one was injured in the incident shortly before 8am - the would-be robber left the scene.
Police later arrested a man in Uffculme on suspicion of burglary and attempted robbery.
The suspect, a 40 year old man from Tiverton, is in police custody.
