Exeter man remanded in custody charged with attempted arson
Fifty one year old Tristan Morgan from Alexandra Terrace, Exeter is accused of arson with intent of endangering life.
It's alleged a person tried to set light to a liquid, which had been poured into the building on Mary Arches Street.
Mr Morgan was remanded by magistrates to next appear before Exeter Crown court on 23 August.
