A man's due before Exeter magistrates today in connection with a fatal road accident in Tiverton.
Fifty-one year old Philip White is accused of causing the death of a pedestrian, sixty-one year old Nigel Gutteridge, by driving without due care and attention.
The accident happened in the Moorhayes area of Tiverton in April.
Mr Gutteridge had been driving a lorry but was on foot when he was in collisision with Philip White's van.
