A potentially serious hit and run
A man is being treated in hospital after being brought in covered in tyre marks.
Police were called by staff at Torbay Hospital on Sunday morning (3 October) after paramedics brought the casualty in with injuries consistent with being run over.
The incident is being investigated, which is potentially a serious hit and run.
