Cathedral Close attack
A man's in hospital with serious facial injuries after being attacked in Cathedral Close in Exeter on Monday afternoon.
The 45 year-old was punched and had a bottle thrown at him. At one point he was unconscious.
This was last night at around 20 past eight near the corner by the former Royal Clarence Hotel.
A 36-year-old local man's in custody on suspicion of grevious bodily harm.
