It's thought he was 'bottled'
A man in his fifties has suffered head injuries what police call a 'serious assault' in Exmouth.
It's thought he was bottled after being attacked by a group of men following an altercation in an area between The Strand and St Andrews Road at around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, the night of the jubilee concert.
Police in Exmouth are investigating an assault that took place in the town centre over the weekend.
The injured man was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area around the time of the attack and who may information that could help.
