Police need witnesses
Police are investigating a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Torquay, in which a man sustained serious injuries.
Officers were called to reports of a crash involving a stolen ZNEN 125cc moped on the A379, Cary Parade, in Torquay, at around 2.40 am, on Tuesday 7 September.
The rider of the moped sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Officers reopened the road in the early hours of Wednesday 8 September.
