Suspect arrested for attempted murder
An investigation is underway in Plymouth after one man was stabbed and another arrested for attempted murder.
The incident took place at an address on Ebrington Street in Plymouth on Friday morning [27 May]
Police were called around 7.30 a.m. to reports that a man in his sixties had been stabbed.
Although the victim has serious injuries they are not believed to be life-threatening. He was treated at Derriford Hospital.
Detective inspector Matthew Lawrence said: “A 48-year-old man from Plymouth has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is currently in police custody.”
