Police appealing for details
Police are appealing for information to help trace a man who threatened the occupant of another car with a baton wrapped in barbed wire in Paignton.
The incident occurred yesterday (Wednesday 17 March) at around 8.30 a.m. on Marldon Road.
The two cars passed each other on a narrow stretch of the road just prior to the threats being made.
The suspect is white in his 40s, 5’10” – 6’2”, with short brown hair and was wearing green wellington boots. He was driving a white pick-up truck, possibly a Toyota Hilux.
