Attacked outside Newton Abbot pub
A man has had his jaw broken in two places and a woman has a broken hand following an incident outside a Newton Abbot pub.
They were attacked around 11.30pm on Monday 12 April near The Jolly Farmer on Market Street in the town.
During an argument between the male and female and a group of men and women, the couple were assaulted.
The 21-year-old woman's hand was broken and she was left with a black eye, while a 24-year-old man was hit in the face.
Police are appealing for witnesses or for people who were in the area at the time and may have seen the suspects to get in touch.
